If you are not satisfied with part or all of your order, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to return one or more items and the reason for such return.

To make the return you must contact ISTOBAL through 96 111 10 20 where we will send you the return form that you must attach to the merchandise, as well as the details of the carrier authorized by ISTOBAL.

The cost of returns is assumed as follows:
