Biological recycler 4RB100

General description

The recycler is designed to treat water generated by vehicles washed in rollovers, tunnels and jet washes so that it can be reused. This is a continuous refresh-type biological system, and it has the capacity to supply 6,000 litres/hour recycled water. It includes a 720L tank from which the system’s water can be renewed under controlled conditions. The quantity of water to be treated on a facility depends on the type of machine (rollover, tunnel, etc.), and the optional extras installed (underchassis wash, high pressure wash, etc.). Where several wash machine are installed, such as high throughput tunnels, a study of consumption will be needed.

Location

Situate the Recycler on a previously prepared base. The unit must be perfectly level for it to work properly. Please adhere to the instructions for the building work, detailed in booklet ref. 30XE400. This contains information about installation, civil works, service lines, dimensions, etc.
