This year, the company is participating for the first time as a subsidiary within the group, coinciding with two notable milestones: the 50th anniversary of the trade fair and the 75th anniversary of ISTOBAL, which highlight both the historical significance of EQUIP AUTO and the company's solid international track record.
At its 204 m² stand (hall 3, stand D067), ISTOBAL showcased its latest solutions focused on responding to the challenges of the future of vehicle washing and aligned with the expectations of operators who are increasingly committed to the environment and business profitability. The company understands that every technological development must contribute to a more sustainable future, just as every environmental goal can only be achieved through intelligent and efficient solutions.
"Our participation in EQUIP AUTO Paris symbolises ISTOBAL's commitment to innovation and to our customers in France, where we have been operating for more than three decades. In this way, we also reinforce our proximity to the local market, understanding its demanding requirements and offering products and services that enable them to be more efficient, sustainable and profitable," said Thomas Cogan, director of ISTOBAL France.
Versatile, reliable and customised rollovers
During the event, which is the leading international trade fair for the automotive, aftermarket and service industries in France, the company showcased its range of state-of-the-art M'WASH2, M'WASH3 PRO and M'WASH4 rollovers, developed to maximise technological reliability and offer a high degree of customisation thanks to a flexible programming system. These connected solutions increase the profitability of the business by focusing on an improved user experience with a more intuitive design.
Sustainability and innovation, present in every solution
At ISTOBAL, innovation and sustainability go hand in hand as inseparable pillars of its strategy. In fact, the company offers the widest range of solutions for water treatment and recycling in the vehicle washing and care sector.
In this regard, ISTOBAL presented the J’WASH4 jet wash at EQUIP AUTO Paris, integrated into the MULTIBOX and equipped with the innovative Ozone Jet Wash system. This technology uses ozone in water as a sustainable alternative to traditional hot water boilers, reducing operating costs, improving efficiency and ensuring superior washing quality with a lower environmental impact. Thanks to the use of ozonated water, this solution reduces CO₂ emissions and enables significant savings in operating costs of up to 36% compared to electric boilers.
Another piece of equipment highlighted by the company is the Hidro Cyclone , a pioneering system for the treatment and reuse of water in automatic vehicle washing. This physical recycler treats 100% of the incoming water, reducing fresh water consumption in an automatic wash by up to 80%.
ISTOBAL also showcased its new vacuum cleaner, designed with a modern and resistant design, ideal for service stations and professional car wash centres. This innovative equipment incorporates an intuitive touch screen and allows different payment modes to be combined, including pay-per-use and standby mode, thus offering a more convenient, agile and efficient experience for the user.
ISTOBAL also had a space dedicated to its line of high-performance, in-house manufactured esens® chemical products, designed for all stages of washing and adaptable to different types of vehicle washing equipment. The range is geared towards saving consumption, reinforcing the efficiency and sustainability of operations, and is fully effective in cold water washes.
Committed to a digital future in vehicle washing and care
ISTOBAL continues to reaffirm its commitment to a future based on connected, efficient and safe solutions for vehicle washing. The company has demonstrated its commitment to the digitalisation of the sector with Smartwash by ISTOBAL, an innovative platform that allows remote monitoring, management and optimisation of washing equipment. With this solution, operators can increase the availability of their machines, reduce water and energy consumption, anticipate incidents and manage through predictive maintenance, maximising the profitability of their facilities.
At EQUIP AUTO Paris, ISTOBAL also presented one of its latest connectivity proposals, the new ISTOBAL REMOTE app, integrated into Smartwash Manager, which facilitates comprehensive and agile control of facilities from any device.
