ISTOBAL T'WASH PRO

The new equipment stands out for its attractive design, speed, robustness, efficiency and safety, as well as its adaptability to different spaces and washing needs.

The vehicle is transported by chain or belt, passing through the washing and drying phases along the track. Available in a variety of configurations, with multiple options and systems for washing, waxing and drying.
The perfect balance between quality, mechanical reliability and high performance in every wash.

NEW ADVANCED DESIGN

A new next-generation design featuring a stainless steel structure, customisable coloured cladding, black side glass panels and a combination of illuminated elements. It also incorporates the new Advanced Polish Arch, with the same premium visual identity as the range and side lights as standard. The colours of the entrance arch and the Polish arch can be configured independently.

SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

The T’WASH PRO has been designed to exceed the highest standards on the market. It comes with an advanced range of safety systems which operate continuously and cannot be deactivated. Integrates entrance safety profiles and a conveyor chain activation alarm.

NEW FLAT CONVEYOR BELT

Easier to use: compatible with auto hold vehicle systems and hand brake operation (dual config).
Durable: corrosion resistant, lasts +700k washes.
Safer: eliminate wheel scratch risks.
Easier to mantain: no need of power tools to remove belt sections.

SPECIAL CONFIGURATIONS FOR FLEET OPERATORS

Adapted for fleet operators with specific optional features to optimise investment and deliver high-quality washing in a minimal footprint (up to 60 vehicles/hour), including: basic entrance arch, Express Wash Module and additional integrated vertical brushes, 2-in-1 rinse and wax arch, basic exit traffic light, and extended exit platform.

With options such as: customisable RGB lighting, Infinite Mousse arch (curtain or rain effect) and flat conveyor belt.

FLEXIBILITY AND VERSATILITY
Available in standard lengths ranging from 12.5m to 32m and up to 50m. It allows different washing and drying modules as well as the maximum number of features and options in the minimum space (arches, types of brushes, washing with high-pressure without contact, etc.).

QUALITY
Thanks to linear vehicle tracking, double front scrubbing, double rear scrubbing (even at speeds exceeding 61 vehicles/hour), and high-speed wing mirror zone detection.

SUSTAINABILITY
Design focused on reducing water and electricity consumption.

ADAPTABILITY
Quick replacement of equipment and adaptable to existing civil works, thanks to the self-supporting piping system and control panels on the structure.
