Nordic Prewash Alkaline Extreme
Shampoo designed specifically for pre-washing extreme dirt from vehicles, particularly the kind accumulated on vehicles in Scandinavian countries and trucks covering long distances. Intended primarily for automatic applications in rollovers. With its impressive descaling and foaming power, this product is perfect for ensuring the highest possible standard of wash in the most demanding cases.
The average chemical dosage is 30 g/L. The product is applied by means of a dosing pump. Dosage around 25-30 mL/wash is recommended, to be adjusted in the facility according to the wash machine, water quality and time of year.
We recommend using concentrations of around 3% for commercial vehicles, up to a maximum of 6% for very stubborn dirt.
Allow the product to work for a maximum of 3 minutes before rinsing at high pressure or using brushes with water. Important: never allow the chemical product to dry onto the chassis. Do not spray onto very hot or matte surfaces without moistening them first, and make sure the vehicle is not exposed to sunlight during application.
