MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY IN WATER TREATMENT

The Hidro Cyclone Pro is a physical treatment system, with optional ozone treatment that obtains a superior water quality and improves washing results, increasing the amount of water recovered at jet washes. The equipment can treat 100% of incoming water and recycle up to 95% in the early automatic washing stages, and 50% in jet washes, representing a significant step towards sustainability in the sector

This solution is recommended for mixed rollover wash facilities and centres with a shared pouring stage, and tunnels, used to wash the external parts of trucks and trams, and allows for high flow rates and moderate polluting loads.

PREMIUM QUALITY THANKS TO THE OZONE SYSTEM

The optional advanced ozone-in-water system completely eliminates odours and reduces colour, foam and organic contaminants, achieving premium recycled water quality and improving wash performance. This allows car wash centres to increase water reuse and reduce operating costs.

• The equipment consists of a "plug & play" system offering treatment flow rates of 5, 10 and 20m3/h.
• Painted steel RAC with levelling feet: 1.51x0.58x1.45 m.
• A filter system in which solid particles are physically separated from the water.
• 80 micron fine filtration system with automatic backwashing.
• Side channel blower aeration equipment with a capacity of 47 m3/h, 260mbar and 0.55kW, optional 2nd blower for a flow rate of 20m3/h with fine bubble diffusers.
• Submersible filtration pump, to simplify installation if the release stage is carried out at a distance from the plant room.
• Power switchboard with touchscreen for Smartwash programming and connections.
• Recycled water flow logs and control functions at the facility.
• System pressure control functions, pensuring satisfactory operation and simplifying preventive maintenance.
• Excessive mains water consumption alarm, includes mains water consumption log and control functions as part of the recycling system.
